“相応しいのは誰か？”　
麻生総理とオバマ大統領の日米首脳会談をテレビで観ながら思った。
想像してみよう、誰が日本国首相として、オバマ大統領と握手をしニッコリ微笑んでいれば納得がいくのだろう？　あの人か？　やっぱりこの人か？　それともその人か？　で結局、納得のいく理想の総理が誰も思いつかなかったりする。“政治”を通して、我々が想像しなければならない事とはもっと根源的なことなんだと思う。

あのジョン・レノンも名曲‘Imagine（イマジン）’の歌詞の中でこう言っている。
Imagine there's no heaven

Above us only sky

そう、もっとも大切なことは世界平和。
それこそが政治家の使命のはずだ。
最近おかしなニュースが多すぎて、危うくいちばん大切なことを忘れるところでした。いかんいかん。
